Journey started at midnight as I had to board flight at 4:20 a.m, but the flight of Indigo to Hyderabad was quiet comfortable. It was a 55 minute flight, if you are travelling with a friend, family or spouse journey will end up soon with a intimate conversation but if you are travelling alone not to worry you can have a quick power nap.

Landing at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport Hyderabad was a comfy experience, kindly be cautious when you book taxi at airport just cross check the authencity of driver if they belong to appropriate authority

The morning was patriotic with a flag hoisting at airport. The way to mainland Hyderabad is lush green with multi soothing colourful flowers and sky high trees. Enjoy pollution free fresh oxygen and start a day with calm and positive aura.

Day 1:

Planned to witness bygone grandeur of Nizams. It started with

1.       Chowmahalla palace :

·         The affluence of Nizams is quiet apparent with most beautiful chandeliers hanging down the high ceiling on artworked tiles which gave it an fantastic look.

·         Here is display of crockeries and clothes and of nizams

·         Extraordinary collection of vintage cars is a must visit at palace

·         Palace is located in prime area of city leading to clumsy traffic to reach there

·         Entry Fee: Rs.60

·         Time:  9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

·         Closed on every Friday

2.       Sudha car museum

           No it is collection of working car models of every shape you imagine under sky from purse to lipstick, chessboard to bed, football to cricket bat, cup saucer to cake and lot more

3.       Golconda fort

·         This majestic structure, 500 years old is an engineering art work

·         The fort reveals the architectural beauty in many of the pavilions, gates, entrances, and domes

·         An exorbitant place for photography

·         It is heaven for those who love to capture and get captured in scenic beauty

·         Don’t forget to wear walking shoes to ascend rocky steps

·         Entry Fee: Rs.60

·         Time : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (4 p.m. is best time to reach there)

4.       Qutb shahi tombs

·         Another place for photographers located close to Golkonda fort

·         Catch a sight tombs and mosques build by various kings of Qutb Shahi dynasty

·         Spot to create memories in kingly style

·         Entry Fee: Rs.10

·         Time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Day 2:

Ramoji Film City

Entry: Rs. 1150 (Adult), Rs. 950 (child)

Time: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
